You can either train in the comfort of your own home or a local park.

Start with an initial consultation by Skype or phone. Then get clear instructions to help you complete a movement assessment. Following your evaluation, you’ll receive a personalised training plan with workouts to complete at home or in the gym.
Progression, measurable improvement and motivation are guaranteed as you’ll receive regular updates to your programme.
Worried, you’ll fail because you’ll be on your own? Don’t be. You’ll also receive on-going support and access to me by phone, text or email.

What to expect in your first personal training session
First off, I’ll assess your movement. The aim is to understand you and how your body works so that I can tailor your plan to meet your goals.
Beyond your first session
Each session will last between 45 and 60 minutes, and I’ll supply all equipment including kettleballs, TRX, Bulgarian bags, slam balls, dumbbells, boxing gloves and pads.
You’ll have your progress and plan reviewed periodically. As a result, you’ll be able to see and track your progress. More importantly, regular reviews will keep you motivated!

I can also provide you with nutritional advice and a food diary.
