Individual Personal Training

Your journey with bfit2 begins with an initial consultation which is free of charge. We will discuss your goals, motivations, and reason for contacting bfit2 – reviewing your health and lifestyle background to define the type of training that will suit you.

This is your opportunity to find out more about me and the opportunity for me to understand you and find out more about your goals. If at the end we are both happy and feel we can work together, then training sessions will be scheduled and a start date agreed.

The first training session always comprises a health and fitness assessment as it is important to understand more about you and your body so that we can ensure we tailor a specific programme that will be effective and suit you personally. This fitness assessment will be reviewed at appropriate stages throughout the weeks and months of your personal training programme in order to demonstrate progress and keep you motivated.

The health and fitness programme is unique to each client. This programme will be reviewed periodically to ensure you get the most out of your training.

Individual personal training can be performed twice a week, once a week or even one session every couple of weeks. How often you see me is up to you!

Small Group Personal Training (max 5 people)

Many people prefer to train in small groups. There are many reasons why this could be right for you whether it’s financial (share the cost of personal training with friends) or social (share the experience with your friends, family of work colleagues). As with individual personal training you will receive a free initial consultation and the first session will involve a health and fitness assessment for each group member.

Independent Training

If you would prefer to train on your own because of time commitments, you have the motivation to do so or you have a limited budget, then I can still help you. We will begin by having an initial consultation and then you will receive a full health and fitness assessment. I will then write you a programme, which you can follow in your own time. I can update your programme as and when you need it.
